Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red colour with hints of strawberry and red berries on the nose with a touch of fine herbal elements – typical of the cooler climate wines. Well-ripened tannins with a hint of oak and a refined finish.

Winemaking
The grapes were harvested in February and fermented in stainless steel tanks after careful berry sorting took place. After inoculation, the juice was carefully handled with light pump-over and gentle pressing
Maturation
Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, no new oak was used.
