Winemaking
The grapes are hand picked at different sugar levels and transported to VredeenLust in 500 kg bins. The grapes are crushed, pressed. The juice are inoculated and fermentation monitored daily. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was stopped at the desired sugar levels, resulting in an elegant, off-dry style wine.
